Collaboration is at the heart of our mission. As a cooperative, we believe in the power of collective effort to drive sustainable economic growth and community empowerment. Panamar Ko Ranao is proud to work with a network of cooperative partners to build a resilient supply chain and strengthen the cooperative movement in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM).
Our Existing Cluster of Partners
A key strength of our cooperative is our secure and extensive supply base. We lead a strategic cluster of five cooperatives and associations that collectively manage an impressive total coconut supply base of 100 hectares. This network provides a steady and reliable source of raw materials for our production.
Our valued cluster members include:
- Gambai Marketing Cooperative
- Torogan Malabang Agriculture Cooperative
- Kaogop ko Bangsamoro Farmers Producer Cooperative
- Uptown Farmers Association
- Strategic Unayan Development Centre, Inc.
Seeking New Collaborations
We are actively seeking new “horizontal linkages” and partnerships with other cooperatives. We invite you to join us in a shared mission to expand our market reach, enhance our product lines, and empower our communities.
Areas for Collaboration:
- Supply Chain Integration: We welcome partnerships to secure additional raw coconut supply and strengthen our resource base.
- Value-Added Production: We are looking for cooperatives that can provide new technologies or processing capabilities to help us diversify our product lines, such as with our by-products like coco coir and activated charcoal.
- Knowledge and Resource Sharing: We believe in sharing best practices in agriculture and business management. Together, we can improve overall efficiency and profitability through joint purchasing, shared facilities, and collective marketing efforts.
- Marketing and Distribution: Collaborate with us to expand market reach and bargaining power by leveraging our combined networks.
By working together, we can foster a more prosperous and resilient cooperative ecosystem in the Bangsamoro region, where every member and every community benefits from shared success.
